Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you need? Get in touch.

Who can rent space at the Hub?

We prioritise charities, social enterprises, CICs, community groups and start-ups with a social purpose. We also welcome other organisations whose work fits our values.

How long is the minimum commitment?

Office licences start from [e.g. three months], with one month's notice after that. Desks and rooms can be booked with no long-term commitment.

Can I visit before deciding?

Yes. Once the Hub is open we will be happy to show you round. Register your interest and we will invite you to an open day.

Is the building accessible?

Accessibility is central to our plans. [Describe step-free access, lifts, accessible toilets and parking once confirmed.]

Can community groups use the space for free?

We aim to offer free or reduced-cost space to small grassroots groups where we can. Please talk to us about what you need.
